Insider selling

Sales by corporate insiders. Less informative than buying — insiders sell for many reasons (10b5-1 plans, diversification, taxes). Cluster selling at all-time highs in non-cyclical companies is more meaningful than scheduled sales by tech execs sitting on RSU dumps.
